In order to meet our quality standards, we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the product you received isn’t defective or damaged. If you feel as though the products you received are either defective or damaged, you can contact us at THEGLAMHOUSE21@GMAIL.COM and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
All damaged and/or defective items must be reported within 2 days of your delivered order.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All packages automatically come with $100 insurance coverage through USPS.
We are unable to cancel any orders after they have been processed.
